Gaps flagged
When evidence is missing it is said, instead of an answer that sounds certain but is not.
How you work it in Colleag
- 1
Ask the question; the colleague answers only as far as the material reaches.
- 2
The gap is described: what is missing and what it would take.
- 3
Decide: test, measure or answer with a reservation.
- 4
When the material arrives the answer is updated and archived.
A worked example
“Does the product withstand salt mist per the customer's requirement?”
If the test was never done: the plain statement that evidence is missing, which test it would take and what adjacent documentation actually shows. You choose between testing and answering with a reservation.

The material
- The test reports that exist
- The requirement spec
- The standard the customer's requirement points at
You approve
Everything the colleague produces is a proposal with sources. Nothing is published, sent or saved to the archive without a human approving it, and every figure traces to its material.
