Customer Answers
Answers from approved material
The customer's technical question answered from datasheets and test reports, with source, never from a guess.
How you work it in Colleag
- 1
Put the customer's question to the colleague.
- 2
The colleague reads approved documentation only: datasheets, specs, test reports.
- 3
Review the answer and the sources.
- 4
Send it, or ask for a formal version for the customer letter.
A worked example
“The customer asks if the product survives 85 degrees. What do we answer?”
The answer with the exact figure and which document it comes from: the datasheet's limit and the test report backing it. If no evidence exists the colleague says so, so you never promise anything undocumented.

The material
- Datasheets and product specs
- Test reports
- Approved customer documents
You approve
Everything the colleague produces is a proposal with sources. Nothing is published, sent or saved to the archive without a human approving it, and every figure traces to its material.
