Order proposals
Articles below their reorder point with a proposed quantity, from the planning parameters instead of from worry.
How you work it in Colleag
- 1
Ask: what do we need to order?
- 2
The colleague puts projected balance against reorder point and safety stock per article.
- 3
Review the proposals: quantity, basis and what is already on its way.
- 4
Decide and place the orders in the business system as usual.
A worked example
“Which articles are below their reorder point right now?”
The list per article with projected balance, reorder point and proposed quantity from the order quantity on the article card. Articles without parameters are not judged, and that is said, instead of guessed.

Screenshot from Colleag. The example uses invented figures.
The material
- The planning parameters per article
- Balance and open orders
- Reservations from customer orders
You approve
Everything the colleague produces is a proposal with sources. Nothing is published, sent or saved to the archive without a human approving it, and every figure traces to its material.
