Onboarding material
Procedures and introduction collected per role, so onboarding is not reinvented for every person.
How you work it in Colleag
- 1
Ask the colleague to assemble the introduction for the role.
- 2
The colleague reads procedures, instructions and role requirements in the archive.
- 3
Review order and content.
- 4
Approve; the next person in the role gets the same foundation.
A worked example
“Assemble the introduction for the new assembler starting next week.”
An introduction plan from your own procedures: safety first, then the station's instructions and the quality requirements, with who is responsible for what. You adjust and approve.

The material
- Procedures and work instructions
- The role requirements
- Earlier introduction plans
You approve
Everything the colleague produces is a proposal with sources. Nothing is published, sent or saved to the archive without a human approving it, and every figure traces to its material.
