Risk assessments alive

Updated when the operation changes, not at the audit.

How you work it in Colleag

  1. 1

Describe what changes: machine, chemical, work step.

  2. 2

The colleague reads the affected risk assessments and drafts the update.

  3. 3

    Review with the safety representative.

  4. 4

Approve; the version is archived with its date.

A worked example

“We bring a new chemical into the paint shop. Which risk assessments are affected?”

The risk assessments covering the step and the location, with an update draft and what requires the safety representative's judgement marked. The history shows the assessment was made before the change, not after.

The material

  • The risk assessments in the workspace
  • Safety data sheets
  • The procedures for the step

You approve

Everything the colleague produces is a proposal with sources. Nothing is published, sent or saved to the archive without a human approving it, and every figure traces to its material.

We run pilot programs with a few manufacturing companies at a time. Tell us about your business and we will show what the colleagues can do with your documents and your data.
