Requirements
Requirement capture to documents
From meetings and material to structured requirements, you approve before anything becomes a requirement document.
How you work it in Colleag
- 1
Give the colleague the material: meeting notes, customer emails, spec fragments.
- 2
The colleague structures it into requirements with id, wording and source.
- 3
Review: interpreted right, right level, duplicates merged.
- 4
Approve; the requirements are versioned in the archive.
A worked example
“Turn the notes from the customer workshop into requirements.”
A requirement draft with numbered requirements, each with its source in the notes, and ambiguities listed as questions instead of guessed wordings. You adjust and approve.

The material
- Meeting notes and customer material
- Existing requirement documents
- Your requirement template
You approve
Everything the colleague produces is a proposal with sources. Nothing is published, sent or saved to the archive without a human approving it, and every figure traces to its material.

We run pilot programs with a few manufacturing companies at a time. Tell us about your business and we will show what the colleagues can do with your documents and your data.
