Meeting material

Figures, open points and history before every meeting, instead of preparation in the car.

How you work it in Colleag

  1. 1

Ask for the meeting material for the customer.

  2. 2

The colleague reads order history, open issues, agreements and notes.

  3. 3

Review the agenda and the figures.

  4. 4

The meeting starts where the last one ended.

A worked example

“Prepare Thursday's meeting with our biggest customer.”

An agenda with the figures: revenue and trend, open orders and issues, what was promised last time and what has happened since. Sensitive points, like a late delivery, are raised instead of surprising you.

The material

  • The customer's order history and open orders
  • Issues and claims
  • Agreements and meeting notes in the workspace

You approve

Everything the colleague produces is a proposal with sources. Nothing is published, sent or saved to the archive without a human approving it, and every figure traces to its material.

We run pilot programs with a few manufacturing companies at a time. Tell us about your business and we will show what the colleagues can do with your documents and your data.
