Suppliers' certificates

The certificates exist until someone asks for them. Per article and with expiry dates they become a register instead of a hunt.

How you work it in Colleag

  1. 1

Certificates are linked to article and supplier.

  2. 2

    Expiry dates are watched continuously.

  3. 3

Missing and expired ones are marked.

  4. 4

Reminders to suppliers are drafted, you approve.

A worked example

“Which articles in the X200 lack a valid RoHS certificate?”

The articles without a valid certificate, with supplier and latest certificate date, and a draft reminder per supplier.

The material

  • The certificate register
  • Article and supplier data
  • The requirement list per directive

You approve

Everything the colleague produces is a proposal with sources. Nothing is published, sent or saved to the archive without a human approving it, and every figure traces to its material.

We run pilot programs with a few manufacturing companies at a time. Tell us about your business and we will show what the colleagues can do with your documents and your data.
