Management
Decisions documented
What was decided and why, searchable afterwards, instead of in the memory of those present.
How you work it in Colleag
- 1
Give the colleague the meeting notes or dictate the decisions.
- 2
The colleague structures decision, reasoning and owner.
- 3
Review the wording.
- 4
Approve; the decisions are versioned and searchable.
A worked example
“Document the decisions from Monday's management meeting.”
The decisions with reasoning, owner and date, linked to the material they rested on. A year later the colleague answers why you chose as you did, with the source at hand.

Screenshot from Colleag. The example uses invented figures.
The material
- The meeting notes
- The material discussed
- Earlier decisions in the archive
You approve
Everything the colleague produces is a proposal with sources. Nothing is published, sent or saved to the archive without a human approving it, and every figure traces to its material.
