Connect to the tools your team already uses

You already have Word, Excel, SharePoint, ERP and CAD. Colleag.ai should sit beside them, not force you to throw them out on day one. The value is that the question can use what already exists, when you choose to connect it.

The link should serve the question, not become another system to feed.

Nobody wants to redo the BOM in a fourth place. Monitor has the article. CAD has the mechanics. Colleag.ai reads and writes in your tree, and fetches live where that is the point. Modules are added when you need them. You will recognise the integration project that became the main project.

ERP and PLM integration

Connect to systems such as Monitor ERP and standard PLM platforms. Colleag.ai reads BOM data, component information, supplier registers and product structures. Against Monitor the link is read-only, the order has one source of truth, and it stays in the ERP.

CAD and design tool support

Import design data from CAD systems to keep component and BOM information synchronized. When a design revision creates a new BOM, the AI colleagues are immediately aware of the changes and their implications.

Documentation and collaboration tools

Colleag.ai integrates with your existing documentation platforms and collaboration tools. Generated documents can be exported to your standard systems, and existing documentation can be imported as context for AI colleagues.

Key benefits

  • A read-only link to Monitor ERP and your PLM sources
  • BOM synchronization from CAD and design tools
  • Export to your existing documentation platforms
  • Import existing documentation as AI colleague context
  • No rip-and-replace required for any existing system

Does Colleag.ai replace Monitor ERP or your PLM? No. It sits beside them and reads. Monitor is the source for article, stock and address. PLM and git are the source for drawing and spec. Colleag.ai is the layer where the question is asked. The ERP link is read-only, it does not write orders or articles back.

Colleag.ai does not replace Monitor and does not replace your PLM. It sits beside them and reads. Monitor is the source for article, stock and address. Git and PLM are the source for drawing and spec. The question is asked here.

The ERP connection is read-only. It does not create orders, update the article register or book transport. If someone claims every Monitor API is wired, that is wrong, what exists is what the colleagues actually ask against.

How this differs from ERP, PLM, LCM and project systems

ERP
Colleag.ai reads Monitor. It does not own the transaction and does not sync changes back like an ERP plugin.
PLM
PLM stays the item master. Colleag.ai imports and cites; it does not replace PLM.
LCM
LCM keeps effectivity. Colleag.ai asks and explains.
Project management systems
The project tool keeps the tasks. Colleag.ai is not a Jira bot.

What Colleag.ai does here that those systems do not

  • Live Monitor without leaving the product
  • Read-only to ERP, no second source of truth for the order
  • Documents in git, not in yet another archive
